Hop on board a real fishing boat and experience the fisherman’s profession

Welcome on board a typical Mediterranean fishing boat with fishermen of the Isle of Procida. The proud community of sailors and their old tradition, makes Procida the fisherman's island par excellence. We set sail shortly before sunset and you will spend the night on board, taking part in anchovies fishing. Small crafts with fishing lights will be cast in the water to attract the shoal of fish that will be then hoisted on board. You will be involved in all the on board activities, and shortly before dawn the catch will be delivered to the main fish market of Naples. At the peep of day, not sure to have dreamt or lived such a real experience, you will disembark at the fishermen’s small port of Procida, with the pride that has always been the trademark of the seafaring deeds of these people.
